Tomato & Greenbean "Salad"

I put salad in quotation marks because when I think of a salad I think of lettuce, dressing, cheese, etc. But technically, in culinary terms, this is a salad.

Ingredients

1 bag of frozen greenbeans or 3 handfuls of fresh greenbeans
S&P
Olive Oil
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
4 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
12 Grape Tomatoes Quartered
6 TBSP of Parmesan Cheese Shaved or cubed

1.) Saute your green beans in a skillet with salt and pepper, garlic and olive oil.

2.) Take your quartered tomatoes and add them to a bowl with the balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Stir together.

3.) When the green beans are finished cooking, add them to the bowl and stir in the parmesan cheese. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top.
