Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
3/4 c. Cocoa Powder
1 Stick Butter
3 Eggs
4 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate
1/2 c. Sugar

1.) Preheat oven to 350F. Oil your 9 in. cake rounds.

2.) In a mixer, beat together all ingredients until combined.

3.) Divide batter between your pans and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
*the cake doesn't have flour in it, and the batter will be dense. Don't be surprised if the cake does not rise very far. You are just looking for it to be cooked through.

Frosting
Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Handfuls Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Sugar

1.) Cream together vanilla, sugar, and cream cheese. Once smooth, fold in the chocolate chips gently.

Once your cake has cooked and cooled completely, remove from the cake pan. Spoon frosting between layers and spread evenly with a butter knife.
