Homemade Breadcrumbs:No more bland breadcrumbs!

Sometimes when you open the canister of breadcrumbs and used them in your recipes, there's not too much flavor going on in the recipes. Right after Ben and I got married we had some stale bread... I'd watched a ton of Food Network and thought, "Psh, I can do this..." And so I did. It went ok, but after a few more rounds of trying, NOW I've got it down.

Ingredients:
Bread Product
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
S&P
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1.) Toast your bread until it's dried out a little bit more. Once it's crist, load it into whatever blending device you have along with the other ingredients.

2.) Pulse until well blended and voila!
