Pesto Scrambled Eggs
Eggs are a great source of protein, but they can get boring to eat day after day. So, here's a quick 2-step recipe to get your protein in without missing out on fulfilling flavors!
Ingredients

Pesto

1.) In a hot skillet heated to medium, crack in your eggs and immediately begin stirring them around to scramble them.
2.) Add salt and pepper to taste.
3.) Add pesto sauce to taste. You can use anywhere between 1 tsp-1 TBSP for each egg. If you're not sure about the flavors, start with 1 tsp for each egg and see how you like it and you can adjust from there.
4.) You don't need to oil your skillet because the pesto sauce should have oil properties in it already and it will keep the eggs from sticking.
