Easy Homemade Vegetable Stock
I love making soups, but the hard part is having a great stock base. I find myself with many left over veggies that my husband and I just don't get around to eating! So, here is an easy recipe to get you started!
Ingredients
10 c. Water
S&P
1 TBSP Rosemary
1 tsp. Parsley
2 c. Veggie Scraps
1 Large Tomato Quartered
1 Onion Roughly Chopped
Add all ingredients into a large pot and heat on medium for at least 2 hours. The longer the better! Strain your veggies & refrigerate until you're ready to use!
